Choose a workflow

Pick the task you want to learn about. Each section below explains one workflow in plain language.

Add a patientUse this workflow when a new patient arrives or you need to register someone for the first time.
  1. Open Add Patient.
  2. Fill in the required fields: first name, last name, date of birth, and gender.
  3. Add phone, email, address, or notes if you have them.
  4. Save the patient record.
Search patientsUse this workflow when you need to find an existing patient quickly.
  1. Open Search Patients.
  2. Type a name, date of birth, or phone digits.
  3. Select the matching record from the results.
  4. Review the patient overview.
Review patient detailsUse this when you want to see the chart for one patient in a focused view.
  1. Open a patient from search results.
  2. Read the demographics and contact details.
  3. Look at current prescriptions and older prescriptions.
  4. Check the patient note history.
Add a prescriptionUse this workflow when you want to attach a new prescription to a selected patient.
  1. Select a patient first.
  2. Choose a medication from the search list.
  3. Confirm strength, dose, frequency, duration, and instructions.
  4. Save the prescription.
Add a noteUse this when you want to record a visit note or clinical reminder.
  1. Select a patient first.
  2. Open the note composer.
  3. Write the note and save it.
  4. The note is stored with a timestamp.
Manage medication presetsUse this when you want to maintain common medication templates for faster prescribing.
  1. Open Prescription Dataset.
  2. Search for an existing medication or add a new one.
  3. Set the default dose, frequency, duration, and instructions.
  4. Edit or delete entries as the clinic workflow changes.
